Whether dogs can be fed a vegan diet is often discussed online. The fact is: yes, it's possible. Shaggy has been living vegan for many years and, at eight years old, is an absolute sports enthusiast. 💪 The plant-based food from Vutter is considered a complete food, and no supplements are necessary. What else is the case with Shaggy: for a very long time, before he was fed a vegan diet, we had so many problems with his stomach, as he simply doesn't tolerate meat, especially beef. Butter
Vutter is a German brand of 100 % vegan dog food. True to the motto: Just like meat. Only without the meat. The food is a complete feed and is designed to provide dogs with all the necessary nutrients. According to the manufacturer, no additional supplements are required. The recipes are based on FEDIAF guidelines, the European standard for pet food. The main source of protein is non-GMO soya, supplemented with ingredients such as potatoes, peas or rice, depending on the variety. I also think it’s particularly cool that Vutter’s wet food (such as the chicken variety) has been awarded the PETA Vegan Food Award for Best Vegan Wet Food. 🏆

Vutter is particularly interesting for vegan dog owners, as well as for dogs with certain food allergies or intolerances. Of course, this always needs to be considered individually and should ideally be discussed with a vet.
