My first marathon - the 3-country marathon on Lake Constance
I took the plunge and completed my first marathon! I travelled from Lindau (DE) to St. Margrethen (CH) and finally to the finish line in Bregenz (AT). Long awaited and now finally done:

That was the Sparkasse 3-Länder-Marathon 2023 for us. 🏃♀️ Unfortunately, our original plan to run a quarter marathon, a half marathon and a marathon as a trio didn't materialise, as it turned out.

On 23 October, the 20th Oberbank Linzmarathon 2022 took place in Upper Austria's provincial capital. An extremely successful event took place here last weekend and tens of thousands of running enthusiasts took part.
