Shaggy and I were on the Gro\u00dfer Schoberstein and also on the Mahdlgupf at the end of January. Both peaks are located directly on Lake Attersee in the Salzkammergut.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Even though I particularly enjoy hiking in summer thanks to the picturesque landscape and great views (and temperatures), hiking in winter also has a certain charm. Shaggy and I enjoy being outdoors at any time of year and with the necessary safety equipment (e.g. Gr\u00f6deln), we are well prepared for icy patches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The path of the hike to the large Schoberstein and Mahdlgupf was really easy to walk this time - only the beginning was a bit icy (the first 400 metres). However, it was also possible to do this without climbing poles (but carefully). \u2744\ufe0f\ud83d\udc3e<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In case you're wondering how I keep fit in bad weather: Running is basically possible in any weather! \ud83d\ude02 But as I also love cycling, cycling is a great option for me. the Wahoo KICKR Core 2 (currently reduced by \u20ac150 \ud83d\ude33) is exactly the right alternative<\/a>. In combination with the ZWIFT app, for example, you also have playful and motivating content. A blog post will follow soon. (Advertising)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n
